Complaints for defective items must be sent in written form within ten (10) days from the date of arrival of the goods.
Our products are produced in limited quantities and some of them falls under the category “lighting art object”; therefore, we do not accept returns, or allow substitutions, except for defective goods.
Returns are only for credit or exchange, when applicable.

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to As – A Ceremony headquarters in Berlin, Germany.
On all orders being returned, customer will be responsible to pay original shipping costs, as well as the return charges back to As – A Ceremony.
Returned items must arrive in unused/new condition in all original packaging to be eligible for credit or exchange.
All returned products must pass inspection by As – A Ceremony return team prior to being approved for credit or exchange.
No exchanges or refund are possible without As – A Ceremony original invoice.
